Grain Recognition and Analysis Device with InstAnt Notification
GRADIAN (Grain Recognition and Analysis Device with InstAnt Notification) is an optical spectroscopy-based device designed to automatically detect and classify grains—such as wheat, beans, corn, or soy—in real time within feed processing plants. This device features an 11-color photodiode sensor capable of detecting the spectral signature of each grain with high precision. Each color channel offers a resolution 256 times greater than that of a conventional camera, enabling accurate and reliable identification. The sensor is integrated with an encapsulated server that is resistant to dust and moisture. This server runs the processing software, stores the data in a database, and ensures continuous and safe operation. Using the collected data, classification models are trained to recognize the different types of grains in circulation, helping to prevent production issues, reduce losses, and improve operational efficiency."
