TPR consists of a network of interconnected, stake-shaped sensors that measure soil moisture, temperature, the gravity vector, and other terrain variables. This data can be used to monitor and control the irrigation and moisture levels of heaps and tailings, as well as to trigger alarms in case of unexpected movements or changes in ground inclination. Each stake wirelessly reports the information to a central unit, which can be located several kilometers away from the heap or tailings dam. This information is stored in a database and displayed graphically via any web browser. More Info: Telemetría para Pilas y Relaves.pdf
